STEALING OF PAN

One of My Client was allotted PAN at Coimbatore and was useing the same for his Return of Income, Bank Transactions and D-mat Acccount etc. Recently, the same PAN was changed to Some Other entity at Delhi. All the Data Fields Viz., Name, Address and the Date of Incorporation have been altered and a Fresh PAN Card has been issued to the new entity.

What is the remedy available to the Original allottee of the PAN
