Dear Professional colleagues-
I was proprietor of my CA firm established in 2016, later on in 2017 I surrendered my COP to Institute due to taking up corporate assignments in nature of contractual job.
Now I again want to apply for practice and get COP again, my question is
1. Whether firm name applied earlier in proprietorship status is still valid ?
2. If not what is procedure for re-application of same ?
