Important Compliance Note
Under Section 137(1) of the Companies Act, 2013, if the financial statements are not adopted at the AGM, un-adopted financial statements must be filed within 30 days of the AGM. Once they are adopted in the adjourned AGM, the adopted financial statements must be filed within 30 days of such adjourned AGM along with this statement of facts.
