Stamp value of transfer of shares by way of gift
Do we need to affix requisite value of share transfer stamp or revenue stam on SH-4 when the transfer is executed by way of gift? What will be the value of stamp?

Yes, at normal rate of 0.015% of the total market value of the shares.
It means gifting of shares requires payment of stamp duty. Right
