I am filing form 102 and my articles commenced on 1 st may but I have not bought any stamp paper. can I purchase current date stamp paper for registering articleship commenced 1 month before.
and how much stamp duty is to be paid.
please guide

For registering articleship.. Why stamp paper is required? Is there any rule regarding the same.
its a legal deed. for executing any deed stamp paper is required.
You must preferably go to the Kapol Bank and get the franking done for Rs. 100. They also charge Rs. 10 per document so it will be Rs. 110 all in all.
* DO NOT WRITE ANYTHING IN THE FORM WHEN YOU GET IT FRANKED
Darshan - please confirm the same with your nearby regional office. Since it will not be required for registering articleship.
