This issue typically happens when the payment gateway (in this case, Kotak) fails to load or connect properly. Here's how to troubleshoot and fix it:


Quick Fixes You Can Try:

1. Use a Different Browser

  • Prefer Google Chrome or Firefox

  • Avoid opening multiple SSP tabs

2. Try in Incognito/Private Mode

  • This disables any interfering extensions or cached data

3. Disable Ad Blockers or Extensions

  • Some extensions (like ad blockers or VPNs) can block payment gateways

4. Switch Network (Wi-Fi to Mobile Data or vice versa)

  • Sometimes your network firewall blocks certain payment URLs

5. Try a Different Payment Option

  • If you're selecting Kotak Bank for payment, try using:

    • Debit/Credit Card

    • UPI

    • Net Banking from another bank (like SBI, HDFC, etc.)

Raise a Helpdesk Ticket:

  1. Go to ICAI Helpdesk (SSP)

  2. Login → Click on "Helpdesk""Submit a Ticket"

  3. Choose:

    • Category: Foundation Registration

    • Issue Type: Payment Failure

  4. Attach a screenshot of the error message (Kotak error) if possible
