Dear Members, I have few queries on sole selling and buying agents topic, please post your comments on the same
W.r.t Section 294 (5)(c)- Power of the central government to make any variations in the terms and conditions of the agreement between the sole selling agent and the company.
Has the CG in the past excercised this power? If yes, which is the company, is there any case law in this subject
W.r.t 294AA (1)- Power of CG to prohibit appointment of sole selling agent in case the the demand for goods is more than the production or supply of such goods
Has the CG in the past excercised this power? If yes, which are those goods, is there any case law in this subject.
