Quick Summary
This discussion addresses a sole proprietor operating two distinct trading businesses (Firm A and Firm B) with separate bank accounts. The core question is which Income Tax Return (ITR) form to use for filing and how to accurately declare both business names. The consensus suggests ITR-3 is generally the most suitable. However, if the businesses are eligible for presumptive taxation and do not maintain detailed books of accounts, ITR-4 may also be an option.

ITR-3 or ITR-4 may be used .
Both trade names can be mentioned in ITR
Ok thanks for your response sir.
Itr 3 is best suited.
If it is eligible Business for presumptive Taxation then ITR-4 may also be used
Use ITR-4 in non books accounts case.
Ok thanks for you respons .
Welcome..........
