How to apply Small co. registration???what is the procedure?

small company is company with psc less then 50 lakhs or turnover of 2cr.
so you can register it as private company with any of above conditions
so you can register it as private company with any of above conditions
There is no separate registration process for a small company. It has to be registered as a private limited company provided all conditions of a private company are satisfied.
