Should i send form 108 again to institute...?

My articleship period has been completed on 1st Oct. with supplementary period, (due to excess leave I executed supplementary deed.) That time I sent Form 107 & 108 to Institute & both the forms were duly taken in record, so do I need to send form 108 again to Institute...?

please solve my query

When they have already accepted the forms then why do you want to send them again??

@ Sumeet Jain: Because work details are submitted for 3.5 yrs only which is insufficient due to excess leave, so what about supplementary period (of 4 more months) & when we get certificate for completing articles from Institute?

hello sir, i hve to take transfer frm my earlier ca due 2 my father transfer ,so i urgently need tranfer form or certificate................so plz send d one..........
