Should Articles go on strike against ban on transfers

Yes

All INDIA Strike should be done because Articles are not  bandua majdoor

OUR ICAI is resposible for very low position of Articles

yes ban is much needed

this the only way to open thier eyes as we are over burdened with thier rules ..

moreover increase in the stipend must be also be  considered in strike propoganda... 

ya .........transfers should be allowed...........

i m in favour of all those who think about strike...........

because of the ban on the transffer some PRINCIPAL r harrasing the articles. in my opinion ICAI should take the serious action on this issue

it isn't just about harrassment it is more about learning... transfer should be allowed as every CA need not have specialisation in all sectors. To learn new things and gain the maximum to become better CAs in future articles must be entitled to get transfer atleast once or twice in the complete period of training.

yes it's time 2 remove this ban imposed on transfers 4 the benefit of articles

& if there is a need for going on strike i m ready 2 go

why can't we adjust as per the situation?

why ICAI has banned ?

perhaps most of us knew this

this was because many of us are transfering the articles from one ca to second, second to third

this is very bad on hands of CA as he can't trust to delicate the work because if its not suitable then will take transfer; simulatenously has an advert effect on the carrer of student and he/she can't be able to learn more until he/she stays at the same place as well as ICAI was facing situation

so ICAI needed to do so for these kinda students but due to this the genuine cases are also suffering

We can't blame blindly to any1

but there should be some discipline and ICAI should allow some genuine cases based on students genuine problems which can not be solved.

STRIKE IS NOT A SOLUTION.

BUT MIND IT STRIKE MAY LEAD TO  ADVERSE ACTIONS TO BE TAKEN BY ICAI.

AND YES STIPEND SHOULD BE REVISED.

AND ICAI SHOULD PUNISH THOSE CA. WHO USES THEIR ARTICLES AS THEIR SLAVES AND MAKE THEM DO THEIR PERSONAL JOBS OR DO THE DISTINGUISH BETWEEN BOYS/GIRL OR BASED ON ANY .

WE NEED TO CONVEY THIS MESSAGE TO ICAI BUT IN A DIFFERENT MANNER NOT IN FORM OF STRIKE..

ya even i agree to it. I know that article ship training is really important for an aspiring CA but than in that training if he does not get good exposure than whats the use of that training.

Since the ban on transfer i myself facing a big problem because in the current firm where i am working i don't get good exposure and on the top of it the level of knowledge which i have gained in my three years of training is really poor.

THERE SHOULD BE A STRIKE

Without attending coaching classes how students are getting ranks and passing through the exams?

How the institute says without proper leave a student attend exams and i have many friends who are in dummy articles and passing exams.

ICAI is legislating rules only for students and not for CAs

 yes mihir u r  correct on that point.

but dats the main problem we all should think about i.e. exposure to all fields

we should think how to resolve dis problem neither the harraship we face during our trainning period

and do u think strike is the mere solution of this problem.?

afterall after this training period one day we also be a CA. where we need the knowledge but with experience and explosure to practical problems
