Shifting of registered office within limits of the city -

Hi.

     You can pass the BR now. but mention the date of shifting of registered office in the said resolution.                   e-Form 18 for shifting of registered office should be filed only after the shifting.but within 30 days from the date of shifting as per sec 146(2).

As correctly said by Mr Yasar, you can pass a resulution now but will have to give the details like time and place of shifting.

File Form 18 after shifting the office witing 30 days.

Yes Ambrish, you can pass BR in September. But only thing is you have to specify the date w.e.f which regd. office will be change in BR and file eform 18 within 30 days of change of Regd. office.
