Hello...Our Board has approved shifting of registered office. However, we will be operating from the current premises for 2 more months.
Do we have to change the address in all the communications from the date of Board Meeting itself?
Or else, can we mention in the board resolution that the shifting of registered office will be effective from August, 2016?

Hi Radhika, Shifting of registered office can be from prospective date, not necessary from the date of Board meeting. In such case, you have to file Form INC 22 within 15 days from the date of change of registered office.
