if share application money is recieved on 31.03.12 but has not been refunded nor shares alloted on 31.03.14...whether it will be treted as deposits as per company act 2013 but as per companies act 1956 act law is silent...what will be tratement regarding it??????

Hi,
There seems to be a difference of opinion for the same with some treating them as deposits and some rejecting it....so now it depends on you...i am of the view of considering it as deposits and filing DPT 4......
