i also cleared Final Group III..(i completed inter in DEC 2008- 2002 syllabus)

pls tell me what are the things we need to do, to get eligibility certificate for GROUP -IV .

to appear for stage 4 u need to complete ur cc , computer training, modular training  which has already started , dissertation. 

kindly suggest me some study materials for stage 3 as i have failed in it badly

we have to write an essay for more than 5000 words on any topic and we have to submit that essay in the institute, that is known as dissertation

we can prepare a dissertation on any topic

submit with some alterations..this is wat is required..
