Hello every one.

can we bring sharecapital in intangible mode.

Ex: a researcher has goodwill.Now he wants to bring his goodwill as sharecapital in a research company.

can he invest his goodwill as a sharecapital in the company (Public or Private) ??

Please sujjest me provisions..

As per As-26

Self generated Goodwill cannot be capitalised or shown in books of accounts.
