what is the maximum time for which the share application money can be shown in the balance sheet???

in case of Share Application money if shares are not subscribed for minimum 90%, u hav to reurn it back within the specified period. it means u can show a max to max in one balance sheet, think again how is it possible to show in 2 B/S
