I want to set up tally erp 9 for managing my personal accounting. So, please suggest the suitable categories for the given below accounts.

1) SB accounts in three different banks

2) Salary ( Through Bank account)

3) Demat account ( Linked to one of the SB accounts)

4) Bank FD accounts

5) Fixed assets

6) Cash

7) Lic policy premium accounts

1. Under Bank Accounts. 2. Salary From Xyz under Capital Account 3. Demat A.c under Investments 4.FD With _________ bank under Fixed Deposit(create new subgroup)Under Investments. 5,6. Already existing. 7. under capital account. Regards Raj C Doshi 5.
