Please can any one confirm me that if a person rendering two different services, is he need to file two different ST - 3 for the services provided.

For any number of services, you have to file single return with full detail of all services
FOR TWO REGISTRATION SINGLE RETURN WILL SERVE THE PURPOSE
BUT FROM ACCOUNT VIEW : I SUBMIT EACH RETURN FOR EACH REGISTRATION
