Is Service Tax Return Frequency still 6-monthly? I remember reading in the Budget in March 2012 that Return Frequency will be matched by payment frequency which is either quarterly or monthly depending upon the status of the asssessee. What is the exact scenario now?

Still half yearly, as you know well Apr to Sep and Oct to Mar.
Till no notification i found where frequency from half to qtr for all or particular assess has changed.
