One of the my client engaged in the business of Manufacturing of agriculture spare parts, where the excise is exempt on the agriculture implements. due to labour problem in the peak season, we are planning to make contract with the TDS Group, (An Mnc company) provide labour on contract basis, And further at the time of issuing contact invoice, they will charge Service Tax @ 15% under the head manpower provide on contact basis,,
Is there is any provision in the Service tax, that we can claim refund of that service tax ??
