actually my point is my client is receiving service from contractor for garden maintenance, deting and penting etc. does the client is lible to pay service tax under reverse charge mechanism??

if there is a agreement of manpower hiring betwwen your client and contarctor then your client liable to pay service tax under reverse charge.

but if the provider is not charging any service tax in his invoice then what to do?

its not matter that service provider not charging service tax on invoice.

service receiver always liable to pay service tax ubder reverse charge whether st is charged or not charged on bill,

Further to the above few points:

Service Receipient is required is to require to pay tax even if service provider is availing SSP Exemption

Service Receipient can avail the Cenvat Credit of the Entire Service Tax paid (by receiver and provider) on the services received by the receipient
