Dear Sir,
One of the Assessee has paid Service Tax of one Invoice made by him twice and forget to claim the same in ST - 3 and the same came into his notice now so he can also not revised the same, So please suggest me any remedy availbale in this Regard.

Revised return can be file within 90 days. Another option is that you can adjust this credit to another payment of service tax.
