Service tax input credit

Dear All,

 

As per the notification 13/2012 service tax abatment for Hotel industry is revised from 01.07.2012.

As per the above i want to know we can avail input credit for the above services like Mandap keeper, Accomdation service and Restarant services.

Please suggest.

It is advisable not to take the credit of the same as they are not included in the definition of input services under the CENVAT Credit Rules,2004. If you take the credit on the same it would be litigative
