We are a manufacturer and have received a service tax invoice which is digiatlly signed .
Can we avail service tax credit ? If so under which notification we can avail . Pls help

If the service is used in or in relation to the provision of taxable output service or in manufacture of excisable product then the input credit paid on ST can be availed. I don't think that if the Invoice is digitally signed that wud create any problems in availing the ST credit.
