We have a partnership firm of 2 people. Can we use the Service tax credit of Phone bills that are in the personal names of the partners but being used in business.

we can take the cenvat on phone bills even in the name of partners because as per law any service which is used in providind out put sevice is input service and we can take the credit on it.
