We have a factory in West Bengal. We have also established a factory in Himachal Pradesh where the factory has not yet started but the projects are in progress.
Can the factory avail cenvat credit of the Input Services for project work in progress in the unit at Himachal Pradesh. Please guide us with suitable case laws, Notification details etc.
