no you can demand only for bill in which separate amount mentioned of service value and service tax also on the bill service tax registration number should be mentioned
so what is our responsibility of payment of service tax
it's is not your responsibility it is the responsibility of service provider who is providing services to collect and deposit the same to the central Government account within stipulated time period.

Sir My second question related to service tax in WCT:- as per my knowledge we are deposited 20%(provider )+20%(receiver)=40% ST in Exworks as per RCM my question is what is the format of invoice of service provider plz confirm below format :-
Exworks of direct Construction - 100000/-
ST 15%? of 20% value =100000/-*20%*15%=3000/- ST total value of Invoice =103000/-
ST of Service Receiver 20% of Value =100000*20%*15%=3000/- ST
so tatal amount of ST 20%+20%=40% its 6000/-
