ours is a trust and we runs International School under the same with frenchise now my question is this that we are paying frenchise commission to our frechise partner. are we liable to pay service tax on commission?

wht i can undstn is tht u people are paying commission on to ur partners hence in tht case u r not liable to pay service tax ..wht is to be done is from ur side is only deduction of tax at source at appropriate rate
