i am a cloth commission agent in rajasthan i sell in punjab.Is it necessary for me to register in GST for my commission.

you no need to take registration unless until your turnover is upto 20 lakh and as you are commission agent hence you do not have any inputs. so i think don't register yourself in other state
thanx sir but one CA is saying if anyone is in other state then he has to register n 20 lacs limit will not applicable on him plz clear
