I Have Applied for the Scrips under "service export from India(SEIS) scheme" under FTP 2015-2020 for the Financial year 2017-2018 within the time limit prescribed by the government which is 1 year from the end of the relevant financial year i.e i had applied the same before 31-03-2019, but DGFT department has not issued the same till now i.e till 04-02-2020 after making submission for every deficiency or any question raised by the department and now i want to apply for the SEIS for the Financial year 2018-2019 for which due date is 31-03-2020.
I want to know what i can do in order to get the untimely receipt of the SEIS Scrips for the period 2017-2018 and whether i can apply for the SEIS SCRIPS related to the F.Y 2018-2019 without receipt of the scrips for eariler year.
