I WANT TO PAY MY STAFF SALARY BUT THEY DON'T HAVE BANK ACCOUNT CAN I PAY THEM IN VIA SELF CHEQUE AND HE CAN WITHDRAWAL FROM BANK..
THE EMPLOYEE ARE 30 AND SALARY WILL BE 3,00,000/- CAN I GIVE ALL THE 30 PEOPLE SELF CHEQUE FOR WITHDRAWAL.
IT CAN BE POSSIBLE ??

Salary chq are strictly in individual name.
Can we paid them as in individual name but they have to withdraw from the counter only.
It can be after clearing of cheques
All 30 staff don't have an account ?? How is it possible ?? If it's really not , it is better to ask to open an account in any bank, nowadays very rare people, especially in our country, that don't have any account. It could be better for you as well your staff also.

Some are minor same have bank account in minus same interstate document eassu lot of eassu I m facing. we are trying to open bank account also
