can anyone please brief what all compliances are required to be handled by a Company Secretary for Section 8 Company

The Annual obediences for a Section 8 Company are Appointment of Adjudicator, conservation of Books of Accounts, Convene Statutory Meeting, Preparation of Financial Statements, Preparation of Financial Statements,
Tax returns, financial statements, and annual returns are all required to be filed.
