1.Can section 8 company do the expenditure on behalf to the company/or give Loan to another Section 8 Company (,"Co Limited by Guarantee) in which has given guarantee.
2.The Increased Share Capital is effective from the date of Board Resolution or Date of Filing of ROC Form.The delay in filing of ROC Form(Filed after 31.3.2019) was due to delay in receiving NOC from MMRDA.
