Can anybody comment on the necessity of complying with section 305 of the companies act by a director of a private limited company.
also how important is it for a private company to avail the same (disclosure) from the director.
Practically do companies other than the listed ones ask their directors to comply with the said section?
Section 305 casts a duty on the directors, manager and secretary to disclose to a company the acquisition or relinquishment of the specified offices in other companies, with a view to enabling the company to comply with the requirements of Section 303.
