Is there prescribed forms for seeking Central Government approval for change of main object in the object clause of MOA of Section 25 companies? Also, should the approval be obtained before or after conducting the General Meeting for the purpose?
Request learned members to share the info.

You go to the MCA site and look the various forms given there. There is form for sending application to Central Govt. for seeking the approval.
Fill that form and upload it on the site.
General Meeting is to be held before applying to Central Govt. Add the phrase in the resolution "subject to the approval of Central Govt."
Thank You very much for the guidance. Just one more query... Should we need to file/submit any form to the local ROC?
