Dear Tanvi,
In so far as the intimation is concerned you should inform in written to all the respective authority/ies.e.g Tax departments(including state tax departement),RBI(if there is any collabiration in the company),service tax departemnt(according to applicablity) etc .
Take details from the company what all permissions/lincense company has obtained as such and then proceed accordingly.
