we r paying rent to co. around Rs.60000 & they charged service tax around 7416 & i m deducting the TDS on whole amt i.e.67416 but the co. wants that the TDS should be deducted on the Rs 60000 only not including service tax is it proper way of deducting TDS or not Plz tell me?

Wrong. Only under Sec 194 I excluding service tax TDS is Calculated

No TDS on service tax in case of Rent Only.
WE HAVE PAID YEARLY LISTING FEES TO STOCK EXCHANGE MUMBAI.
WHETHER TDS IS APPLICABLE ON THIS PAYMENT & IF YES THAN UNDER WHICH SECTION.
