Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the board meeting requirements under Section 173 for companies incorporated on 30 November 2019, specifically for the calendar year 2019. While the first meeting must be held within 30 days of incorporation, the debate centres on exemptions for private companies. It's clarified that general exemptions for private companies are limited, with specific relief available for newly incorporated startup companies, potentially reducing the number of required meetings within that initial calendar year.

First board meeting should be within 30 days and arrange further one more meeting in hals of calender year because there is an exemption for private company
Not agree with you sir
because there is no exemption for Pvt Ltd company in Section 173.
Also, exemption is given to small, dormant and kne person co.
Sorry but might you know that Exemption has been grated to Private Company but it is available only if you company is start up Company.
Yes sir exemption is for private newly start up company

Only one Meeting, i.e. 1st Board meeting to be conducted within the calendar year.
