Section 11 omitted by the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2015 vide Notification No. S.O. 1440(E) dated 29th May 2015
can u please tell me what things were earlier covered in this section
it's about certificate of commencement of business
so now there is no need for certificate for commencement of business
