Secondment to member in industry

I am in the final year of my articleship and wish to do industrial training in the last year.I have questions regarding industrial training :

1)Can I do Industrial Training on secondment basis ? (i.e.,can I continue to be registered under my current principal and be seconded to a member in industry)

2)If Industrial Training is possible on a secondment basis, can I be seconded to a member in industry if the company he is working for is not under the "approved organisations" list ?

Replies (1)

1) yes (till the time the secondment period doesnt exceed 12 months and is also not less than 4 months)

2) not sure about it, though if the turnover or fixed asset conditions are fullfilled by the company(  in which you intend to work in) you can continue in it. it would be better if you enquire about it in the regional offices.
