Who will pay the stipend  my present principle or the the member to whom I m seconded.

THE SECONDMENT AUDITOR WOULD PAY YOU,

WITH REAGRDS,

VIMALKUMAR @ ICAI.ORG

You just need to fill up a form available at the institute's website.No form number is there. Get it signed by your old & new CA & within 30 days of starting of secondment submit it with the institute.Your new CA will pay you the stipend.

Can u plz provide me the reasons, under which one can take transfer.

Also, these reasons must be approved by the "Mai Baap" ICAI.
