Hi everyone ,


One of our Relative Received LIC Amount of 450000 for which TDS has been deducted @ 194DA

is the Amount Received is Exempt or Taxable ??

taxable...and ull get the tax benefit of TDS while calculating ur tax liability

What is the taxable amount?

Full amount of 450,000/-

or

450,000/- minus (Total Premium Paid)
