ISCA? What it really gives knowledge about ? This is a very interesting case of following rules & laws at the cost of justice. I have observed in my life several cases where prudence ( not the accountant's prudence here ), intelligence logics & brain is not used. AND JUST A RULE IS FOLLOWED AT THE COST OF JUSTICE. RULES ARE MADE FOR THE ULTIMATE OBJECTIVE OF JUSTICE. 500 marks in final ca is unimaginable success.

His bad luck for this time and his gud luck is that he can prepare this 3 mnths only isca subject nd can cmplt 4 sure...icai has became so tough in letting students cmplt the course

This is really bad luck..... This had happened to me, because of 8 marks in ISCA only, I had lost second group three years before.... It is really unfortunate to the students.... So be prepared for the below PROVERB.

" DO YOUR BEST & BE READY FOR THE WORST"

Institute must change its rule.he must be allowed atleast to claim exemption in all the three papers of second group

I don't thing it is unfare to Sambhav as he failed to one subject. I would like to put my own experience I failed 2nd group because of aggregate as I could not get 50% only got 49% though I was passed in every subject with minimun marks of 48 & maximum with 50. I would like to quote on song " how many road u must cross before u could called as a MAN" so don't feel bad Shambhav it is a part of a life of ca student. A good road is waiting for you
