Scope of scrutiny on the basis of air

Is there any circular, case laws, press release or notification regarding the Scope of Scrutiny for A.Y. 2011-12 on the basis of AIR only. ?????

I have a PressRelease Note dated 26-10-2010 of the Income-tax Department. Any further information, if available..

Dear experts

What is the procedure for an employee to represent the company for scrutiny hearing. I know very well Power is require for Auditor / other outsiders, but for employee is any authorization letter or power required??

ITO was insisting tat auditor should represent. Is scrutiny under CASS something to worry?

pls guide. thanking you in anticipation.
