I am an online tutor providing private tuition and my major source of income is from companies outside of India. Can I file an income tax return under the presumptive taxation scheme? And if so, should it be 44 AD or 44 ADA.

I have a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and I provide tuition for Physics and Math.
You can file ITR under sec. 44ADA IT act.
