Dear Sir,
Mr. Sudhir Kumar ran a S.S. Montessori school and said property registered in the name of School. School authorised by the Society Bharat Rakhsha Dal and he designated as Manager in school and Society.
Uon sxhool.nfortunately Mr. Sudhir was died.
My question is that :
Society or its member has any right upon the school.
