Could any one tell me about the legal position with regard to fees hike in the state of Delhi? Pls. also inform can schools recover hiked fees from Sep.08 along with other heavy arears from the parents because most of public schools had taken land from Delhi govt. on concessional basis? If they can't, how we can protest under the law?

Can any body reply since school are presurring me to deposit money? So, pls. reply as soon as possible whether I should pay or not ?
