Please help me how to maintain a School Accounts and how to do audit. What are all the important thinks to do.If possible please share any sample p&l and Balance Sheet. And also how to maintain the School directors accounts.

Receipts & Payments A/c is to be maintained at first. Then Income & expenditure a/c and Balance sheet. Software account package can download can do with computer. It is easy to operate.Search in google for school accounting softwares.
