One of my client is a member of Schedule Tribes from Mizoram and is exempt from paying Income Tax. Whereas he needs to register it with the Income Tax Department for non deduction. So kindly let me know the Application form no. If possible send me the same.

You can make an application to the Assessing Officer in Form No.13 (Income Tax Rules, 1962).
Please see section 197 of Income-tax Act, 1962 and Rule 28 of Income Tax Rules 1962.
